Chicken Empanada Filling

10lbs Chicken Boneless (Dark Meat Diced)

2 cups Apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp Salt

3 envelopes of Sazon

2 fresh stems of Oregano

1 tsp of Cumin

1 cup Tomato Sauce

½ cup Freakin Rican Sofrito

½ cup of Ketchup

Dice up your chicken . Then clean your chicken in some apple cider vinegar. Drain. Get your

large pot . Put flame on Meduim add your chicken and all ingredients in no specific order. But

do leave the Ketchup for last. Cook your chicken for about 40 minutes making sure you give it a

stir or two. Once tender turn off and stir in the Ketchup. And Weepa your all done. Wasn’t that
